Corn: Corn posted a new 30-month high for a second straight session as noncommercial traders continue to build their sizeable net-long futures position.
Soybeans: The market struggled to maintain buying interest Thursday due to forecasts calling for rain next week in Argentina bringing some relief to parched soils.
Wheat: Spillover support from the stronger corn market and almost a full point loss in the U.S. dollar index led to solid gains in wheat contracts Thursday.
Cotton: Another volatile session led to sharp losses in cotton despite the continued sell-off in the dollar and a bullish export sales report.
Live cattle: Cattle contracts settled mixed with deferred issues higher as concern grow over higher feed costs cutting into herd size.
