that's right...you can rescind one executive order with another. That's why I say rescind JFK's 1962 executive order 10988, this EO gives the federal government employee the right to collective bargaining.

This fails under the purview of "politicians protecting themselves" from Trump's inaugural speech. Why has some President not already rescinded 10988? It's obviously a problem when you have a bloated government filled with employee's who gang up and demand the people pay them more than the people generally make in their jobs and then demand that the people pay for an obnoxiously overrated pension...further, they make it to where we, for all practical purposes, can not fire them for being worthless slugs.

Why would someone not rescind unless they like getting the vote of all these employees or for some other nefarious reason.

I wish people would pick up on this idea and push for it. Stop letting them make you pay for their cush gig, that at one time, was called Public Service.
