no! The clocks will be set to proper time in perfect order with the official state sponsored atomic clock! TO THE SECOND!!!

Or...it will be wrong and wrong can not be tolerated...saiz the neurotic mind of Wayne. Perfect order! We must have PERFECT ORDER!!

It's not that bad but I'd go crazy with some clocks off some clocks right. :-)
